Out of your head,

For years, I rushed through life without stopping to check in with myself. I was always busy, bouncing from task to task, pushing through without paying attention to what I truly needed. My mind was in constant motion, but my body was silent, sending signals I ignored.
Then came a wake-up call. I could not longer ignore the tension and discomfort in my body. I took my first yoga class and kept going back because of how I felt after: calm, and with better breath. I finally began to connect with what was going on inside. I felt more aware of my emotions, my body, and my energy. I discovered that living with more balance meant listening to my body, taking moments to rest, and reconnecting with myself.
Through this journey, I’ve found more harmony in my life. I’ve learned how to balance action and rest, growth and reflection, and create a routine that helps me stay in touch with who I am.

Each Day Is a Chance to Choose
What Matters
Since I can remember, I chose my own path. I chose a different school than my siblings, engaged in different sports than my family, travelled the world, and eventually chose another career path. The older I got, the more I learned who I was, what made me feel alive, and how to listen to the voice within me telling me what I was longing for.
From my own experience, I know that fully choosing yourself is not always the easiest. But when you do, you will get a great source of happiness for it in return.
