I found myself running marathons. Not physically, but mentally and emotionally. I was rushing from day to day, from one task to the next, leaving too few moments for rest and daydreaming. My life was out of balance because I didn't take enough time to connect with my body and breath. I paid too little attention to rest, pleasure, joy, connection, and vitality. I was mostly living in my head and didn't feel my body at all.

Then my body said no. I could no longer ignore the pain and discomfort. I discovered that yoga and breathing helped me become aware of what is alive within me. I realized that I have a whole body with sensations, emotions, and feelings to take care of. Not just my head, but a whole system.

On this journey, I found a life with more harmony. A life where I can balance growth, joy, and learning with rest and reconnection. Step by step, I discovered a healthy routine that works for me, helping me stay connected with myself and the world around me.

Now, in my work, I use yoga, bodywork, breathwork, connective practices, and family constellations to help you deepen your connection with yourself and discover how to live your life authentically.

We have only 24 hours in a day. Each new day you have the opportunity to choose where your energy, time, and focus go to.Ā

Since I can remember, I chose my own path. I chose a different school than my siblings, engaged in different sports than my family, travelled the world, and eventually chose another career path. The older I got, the more I learned who I was, what made me feel alive, and how to listen to the voice within me telling me what I was longing for.

From my own experience, I know that fully choosing yourself is not always the easiest. But when you do, you unlock a great source of happiness.
