A year ago, I started guiding women on a journey of self-awareness, moments of rest, and understanding and communicating their boundaries, needs and desires. Recently, I’ve begun offering one-on-one sessions, allowing women to delve even deeper into their personal needs. How does a personal private programme look like?
Life can be very demanding. Many women find themselves struggling with excessive stress, a shortage of time for self-care, persistent physical tension, and even emotional confusion. It’s not uncommon that daily work and taking care of family overshadow the importance of a self-care routine.
This is why I offer a private program tailored to individual needs. By addressing your specific challenges, we can work together to alleviate stress, release physical tension, and establish sustainable self-care practices. These one-on-one sessions provide a safe and focused space where you can explore and integrate a more balanced and vibrant life.

In this programme, we dive into what you need. We look into essential life themes that matter most to you. Health, rest, family, love, self-love, career, planning, and emotions. Together, we identify areas that require more attention and intention. Together, we explore the current situation and visualize the desired scenario. Then we create a personalized programme for your journey.
With attention we collaborate to bring that desired situation to life. While each session is unique, we’ll employ various tools, equipping you with techniques to integrate into your daily life, to create new patterns.
What does the programme look like?
Our focus includes introducing more rest into your routine through forms of movement to alleviate physical symptoms. We’ll delve into the quality of your thoughts, incorporating movement, meditation, and breathwork. Additionally, we’ll explore which forms of rest and relaxation suit you best.
