Pre-teacher training -
10 hours

A compact introduction where you explore what yoga can offer you. You discover how breath, movement, and energy work in your daily life. An ideal step if you feel there's potential for more depth.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training – 200 hours

The complete journey. You dive deep into yoga, self-development, and teaching. You build a solid foundation as a teacher, discover your own style, and develop skills that enrich your practice and your life.

Yin Yoga Teacher Training – 50 hours

An invitation to slow down. You learn how Yin Yoga works on connective tissue, joints, and organs, and how you guide students in poses that are held for longer periods. With attention to the subtle energy that often remains invisible.
