Yin teacher training

Slow Down, Soften, and Explore

Yin yoga isn’t about the perfect pose. It is about deeply feeling your experience within.

This winter, an intimate and transformative 50-hour Yin Teacher Training is emerging. Designed for yoga teachers who want to slow down, soften, and deepen their practice, this training offers a unique opportunity to explore the art of teaching Yin with care.

Over the course of two in-person immersions with overnight stays in a cosy, nature-filled location, you will experience long Yin sessions, deep practice, and the art of teaching Yin, all while spending evenings by the fire. This is your chance to cocoon, learn, and return nourished. Ready to share a more spacious, restful practice with your students.
