How many times a day do we truly take time for rest? To what extent do we prioritize rest?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We always want to do more than we can handle, receive quite a few impulses a day, and are often asked for our opinion. Moments when you are functioning at a high pace and you want to be useful or do things well.<\/p>\n<p>But often, it is never enough, and we continue to put ourselves under pressure. We don&#8217;t pay enough attention to choosing where our priority lies. Because when you choose, you can have focus and build in rest.<\/p>\n<p>Choosing when you&#8217;re operating at a high pace and when you hit the pause button. If you can do that, you can live sustainably and healthily. Sometimes it means that I often want to complete all priorities at a high pace, and then in the process realizing that it&#8217;s never really done. Never.<\/p>\n<p>So, &#8216;doing what I have to do&#8217; for me also means regularly exercising, going outside, reading a book, <a href=\"https:\/\/theheartofconnection.plugandpay.nl\/checkout\/yoga-for-every-moment\">taking a yoga class<\/a>, having a leisurely breakfast with friends, or throwing my phone in a safe with time lock.<\/p>\n<p>During those moments, peace of mind arises, and I settle back into my body. I can look at myself from a distance again and see what really matters.
