It&#8217;s figuring out why you do the things you do, how you act, and to find comfort in your own ways of dealing with life. A journey of accepting and loving yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Realizing that certain things in life can make you feel a certain way or behave in a certain manner is a big part of spirituality. But it&#8217;s not about avoiding these things. It&#8217;s about knowing how to handle them and taking responsibility for it.<\/p>\n<p>I truly believe that your ability to connect with others is tied to your ability to connect with yourself. This means taking responsibility for what you do, how you feel, and how you act, knowing that your own point of view shapes your reality. That, for me, is the core of spirituality.<\/p>\n<p>Spirituality is not about talking to spirit animals, connecting with angels, or understanding complicated astrology or human design charts. It&#8217;s more than the specialness of the cacao you enjoy or the ceremonies you might attend. It&#8217;s not just about your chakras and life energy. Yes, this al can be a beautiful part of life, but all as a tool to get to know yourself. Not as a goal itself.<\/p>\n<p>Real spirituality, as I see it, is really understanding yourself. Accepting all the parts of you. It&#8217;s about love, acceptance, and taking responsibility for everything that makes you who you are. In this journey, the special moments aren&#8217;t just in ceremonies. They&#8217;re in your daily life, in the hard and good times when you connect with yourself in an honest way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To me, spirituality is all about understanding who you really are.
