Because as human beings we rely on one another to thrive and heal. While we can function autonomously, true growth and development often require the presence and influence of others. So, what does autonomy really mean? And why is self-development with help of others so important?<\/strong><\/p>\n

FREEDOM OF CHOICE<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Being autonomous means making your own choices and decisions while being mindful of the impact those choices have on the people around you. Autonomy is about being responsible for your actions and understanding the interdependence between you and the people you connect with.<\/p>\n

Be dependable<\/strong><\/h6>\n

When you are autonomous, you are not afraid to be dependent because you understand that showing vulnerability and sharing a part of yourself is what makes you reliable. Being dependable doesn’t mean being completely self-reliant. It means being someone others can trust. By sharing a part of yourself, you demonstrate your willingness to connect with others on a deeper level. When you open up to self-development with the help of others, you build stronger, more meaningful relationships.<\/p>\n

Take responsibility<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Furthermore, it\u2019s about taking ownership of your life<\/a> and making choices that align with your values, beliefs, and personal growth. Moreover, autonomy allows you to be authentic and open your heart, making you more approachable and open to learn and evolve.<\/p>\n
