Dit versterkt gevoelens van onrust, vermoeidheid of spanning in je lichaam.\nIn deze 5-weekse ademtraining leer je kracht van je eigen adem herkennen. Je ontdekt hoe je door bewust te ademen spanning kunt loslaten, je energie kunt vernieuwen en meer rust en helderheid ervaart.
