About Selma van der Graaf
My name is Selma, and for years I worked in the corporate world, always striving for perfection and results. I lived on autopilot, driven by discipline and ambition, but often without truly pausing to connect with myself.
A journey to Costa Rica brought me to a standstill. There I discovered that happiness is not found in working harder or achieving more, but in connection: with myself, my body, others, and nature. I completed my first yoga training and realized how much there is to uncover when I not only let my mind speak, but also listened to my heart and body.
Since then, I have deepened my path of personal development through yoga, breathwork, tantra, systemic work, and psychology. Each of these explorations has shown me the importance of creating space for rest, clarity, and conscious choices.
These insights are what I now share through my trainings, courses, and sessions. I guide people to:
• experience more calm and clarity
• connect with and care for their bodies
• use the breath as a source of energy and relaxation
• give space to emotions and feelings
• make choices that truly fit who they are
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in practical tools and a process that brings you closer to yourself. My work is about the same shift I made myself: from the outside to the inside.
