About Selma van der Graaf
Hi, welcome! My name is Selma. I help people live with more calm and clarity.
I know what it’s like to push through life on autopilot. Growing up in a world focused on goals, I learned to work hard, be efficient, and keep going. It built determination and discipline, but it also led to burnout.
I spent years at the head office of ABN AMRO, dedicating myself to my career, while neglecting to check in with myself. My mind was always moving, but my body was often ignored.
Yoga opened a door. It showed me there was more to life than just thinking and doing. I dove into multiple yoga teacher trainings, tantra, breathwork, systemic work, NLP, psychology, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through these practices, I learned to:
• Move and care for my body with awareness
• Understand and use the breath to support calm and energy
• Connect with my emotions and feelings
• Communicate clearly with myself and others
• Make choices that align with what truly matters
Now, I share these tools in trainings and private sessions. Not as a quick fix, but as guidance and support to help you find your own clarity, calm, and balance.
There’s no shortcut. But there is practice. And I’m here to offer you tools to practice and to choose a path that truly feels right for you.
